May 9th, 2020. WOMEN'S ONLY KICK START CLASS
Start out the season on the right foot with the woman’s only kickstart class. Spend one hour as a group looking at suspension and bike setup and then transition to 2 hours of trail riding. In that time we’ll look at mainly basics as this is a re-start class. We’ll discuss position (there is more than one right answer to this subject), we’ll discuss Jeff’s notorious “set up time” and we’ll activate our bodies with some moderate pedalling fitness drills. This is a low intensity class.
Groups of will be formed by rider strength.
